Description

The procedure applies to the renewal of unemployment cards. Once issued, an unemployment card is valid for 3 months from the initial registration or the last renewal, at which time it must be renewed again.

        If the unemployment card is not renewed within the deadline, it will expire. The unemployed person has the right to lodge an objection with the service (KPA2) to which they are affiliated. The objection is examined by the Unemployment Register Dispute Resolution Committee and the Organisation’s Board of Directors.

            • 1 Possession of passwords to enter software The e-services of DYPA (formerly OAED) can be accessed with a username and a password or using TAXISnet codes. Renewal is also done through the Single Digital Portal of the Public Administration (gov.gr) using the TAXISnet codes and by selecting ‘Σύνδεση στο Σύστημα μέσω πιστοποίησης από την ΑΑΔΕ’ (‘Log in to the system through certification by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR))’. The username and password remain valid only for users who already have them.

            • 7 Time limit The renewal period starts twenty (20) days before the expiry date of the unemployment card, and lasts until its expiry date.
