Description

The procedure relates to actions to be taken by the main tourist accommodation operator (hotel, organised tourist camping site, youth hostels) before the business starts its operation. The notification procedure has replaced the Special Operation Mark. The planned inspection of the lawful operation of the accommodation facilities shall be carried out on an ex post basis by the competent authorities.

            • 3 Urban planning Existence of a building permit or construction permit issued by the relevant local authority or other competent authority: For sites which have been conserved, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law 3843/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 62), a copy of the application confirming that the site conservation procedure has been completed shall be kept at the facility, in accordance with Article 6(5) of Law 3843/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 62).
