Description

The procedure concerns the name of the newborn who is registered in the birth order after a statement by his parents exercising parental responsibility or one of them if he or she has written permission of the other, considered for the authenticity of the signature by a public, municipal or Community authority. If one of the parents does not exist or has no parental responsibility, the declaration of the name shall be made by the other parent.
