Description
If the application concerns a voter without a VAT number, then the user selects the corresponding declaration in the Application (voter without VAT number). In this case, the user has the option to freely select the voter he/she serves in the Basic Electoral List, provided that he/she is under 30 years old, as required by law.

The search is done :
Either by filling in the Special Electoral Number (SEN) and the Surname (in full but only the first one if there is more than one).
Or by filling in the Surname (in full but only if there is more than one) the First Name and the Fathers Name (the first two letters are sufficient) and the year of birth. And in the case of the Surname, if there are two Surnames, the first name is used in the search.
The mothers name may be left blank in the search.
For the special cases of voters of unknown father, the search should be done by checking the " Without father " box.

In order to submit the Application, the user must indicate by ticking the relevant boxes that:
1. Accept that the application is subject to the status of a solemn declaration
2. The application is a statement that states that it is a declaration of eligibility.
3. He/she understands that: in the event that the number of forty (40) voters from the constituency in which he/she is registered is not reached in the entire electoral district of his/her place of residence, he/she will not exercise his/her right to vote as an absentee voter and will vote only in the municipality where he/she is registered in the electoral rolls.
4. He/she has been informed that: if he/she no longer wishes to exercise his/her electoral right as a non-resident, he/she will have to request himself/herself to be removed from the Special Registers of Non-resident Voters.
