Notes

The child's allowance is inappropriate, is exempt from any tax, levy, or booking in favour of the public or third parties, and is paid in 6 two-monthly instalments on the basis of the information of the last cleared tax declaration; in cases where parents claim both, for the same dependent children, the child's allowance is compulsory to be electronically attached to the judicial decision or any private agreement on the custody of the children or a responsible statement of the other parent or an electronic consent of the other spouse; in the case of divorced parents, an electronic attachment to the judicial decision on custody is mandatory.
