The certificate issued shall constitute a valid administrative act bearing the date of issue and computerised printing of the stamp of the e-ECSC and of the signature of the Commander or of any other authorised body. The electronic service may also be carried out through the Civil Service Codes (CPS). In this case, the certified official of the JEP shall enter the relevant e-ECSC electronic office, which shall be made available through the single working environment of the JEPs (external applications), after authentication of the information required by the system and shall be certified as a user of the electronic service.
