The procedure relates to actions to be taken by the main tourist accommodation operator (hotel, organised tourist camping site, youth hostels) before the business starts its operation. Existence of a building permit or construction permit issued by the relevant local authority or other competent authority:
For sites which have been conserved, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law 3843/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 62), a copy of the application confirming that the site conservation procedure has been completed shall be kept at the facility, in accordance with Article 6(5) of Law 3843/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 62).
