The application shall be accompanied by a declaration by the applicant/demand in digital format by gov.gr expressly mentioned: a. in the case of a public contract that the natural person to be investigated is a provisional contractor (in this case the invitation of the City to the provisional contractor shall be attached in a digital format); b. in the case of a grant or aid under a development or other law, that the natural person to be investigated is subsidised or supported and the relevant supporting document is attached in a digital format. c. In each other in the responsible declaration, the legitimate use of the certificate is indicated and the relevant justification is attached.

Multi-value magistrate is used once in a receiving service. It is required to electronically lodge an application and receive the certificate via the portal www.solon.gov.gr for the Athens, Thessaloniki, Piraeus and Chalkidas, and through the link https://app.moj.gov.gr/pnet/pllogin for the other Prefectures of the country. In the paradox it is increased by 2 euros for each additional copy of the certificate.
